Privacy & data, in plain language

One person runs Zannal, so this page is short, honest, and free of the word "hereinafter." Last updated June 2026.

// what this website collects

If you sign up or contact me, I get what you typed: your email, and — if you provided them — your name, company, a message, and which tool and pain point brought you here. That arrives in my personal inbox and goes nowhere else.

There are no third-party ad trackers and no advertising pixels on this site. A hidden anti-spam field catches bots. That's the whole surveillance apparatus.

// what I do with it

I reply to you, personally. No drip campaign, no newsletter you didn't ask for, no "circling back." If you asked about a tool, I'll talk to you about that tool.

I never sell or share your contact information. Two services process data to make the site work: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (delivers the signup emails to me). Both see only what's necessary for that job.

// your data inside the products

Beta product data (your docs, flows, and workspace content) is isolated per workspace. Nothing in your workspace is ever made public unless someone in your org explicitly publishes it — and publishing runs an automated secret-scan as a backstop on top of your own review.

You can export everything and leave at any time — that's a standing beta term, not a support ticket. Deletion requests are honored, fully.
